2025 topics
We have roughly 25 meetings a year which gives us 5-6 topics we can discuss in a three phase process - scoping, formulation, and decision.
What policy driven topics do we want to revisit in 2025?

Agenda template
Ask of the group - is this template good enough for us to work off of in the next year? What is not clear? What is missing here? What can we trim out to build in more time for other discussion?
Below outlines a tentative agenda, to be revised and consented to at the start of the meeting.

1345 [15 min] Critical topic
This topic is set coming into the meeting and should address emergent issues. It should be decision oriented and resolve in 1-2 meetings if at all possible.
1400 [30 min] Planning topic
This topic is set at the start of the year and structured around three decision phases - scoping (what is the issue at hand, how do we define it?), formulation (what are all possible solutions?), and decision (what are we going to do? How will we know if it is successful?)
