Open Value Network (OVN) is an organizational form proposed by Sensorica. The model is currently applied to material peer production by Sensorica, but others have used aspects of the model in various contexts.
You can find documentation on the OVN wiki.
In conjunction to this model Sensorica also proposes the concept of Collaborative Entrepreneurship and the 4th Sector.
