Funding available to build Loomio plugins

@hugi announced today they've raised €100K to "to develop open source web based software for participatory culture organisations and collaboration between artists working on big projects."

They would like to spend some of that money developing plugins to integrate Loomio into the other software they use. Hugi is especially interested to hear from people with experience integrating Loomio into other stuff, so please tag people that meet that description: @robertguthrie @gdpelican
