Immediate changes to documents during initial phases of work
Hi All
I've gone through most of the folders at this stage and have got an idea of what's going to happen.
You will all start to notice that documents and folders will have notes attached to them either at the beginning of the titles IN CAPITALS or in the notes column where applicable
e.g. TOSORT = this document/ folder needs to go somewhere and I will be asking appropriate person/ Jedi where this should live.
DUPLICATE = this document/ folder is a duplicate that I cannot ascertain if it is the most current one yet
for anyone that uses the information tab in Sharepoint you may also notice that there is a new section in there called "Notes". this is a temporary section for use for this project so I can keep track items and work.

This still makes absolutely no sense to me- it totally another language. Can we please have a tech teach or something to explain this in more detail. What Jedi is this sitting under as I may come to that to get more detail?
