We would love your feedback of the Document Management System in SharePoint
Hi teamies,
A new jedlet has been created to streamline our documents in SharePoint.
The aim is to make SharePoint easier for members to navigate, find documents and get rid of the old docs that are no longer valid.
We are also looking at who will have permissions and controlled docs access.
We want to hear from you!

love SharePoint! does anyone use teams/ SharePoint for channel creation to allow multi user/ multi document access by participants and support team? Chris and I did speak about this a while ago and he didn't think anyone was doing that. It's a great way to provide group access to a participant and the whole support team while still being able to control security and access when needed and the channel chat is super handy too.
Have we thought about an index of sorts? Perhaps a document on the first page of the docs section of SP that has all current documents listed with hyperlinks.
Doc could be a excel spreadsheet with pages for each subject/ section (rather than opening folder by folder to search for something when you don't know the name of the doc you're looking for) or as simple as a word doc with just a list of chronologically added docs and their hyperlinks.

Great ideas Harley, no I haven't used Teams for participant's and stakeholder conversations but yep interested in learning more.
