IRD account - what to do
As we all know from the email discussion, Greg is the only person that has full access to the account and his tries to give me full access have failed. He has (rightly) expressed the desired not to be the person responsible of the account and having failed to pass the ownership to Elisa we feel there is no many options left than closing it. However this should be a board decision, hopefully aiming to an unanimous agreement, hence this new discussion. Please feel free to comment here to carry on the discussion or just jump and vote if your mind is set.

Hi, I am of the belief that we should retain the account during 2025 at least. The transfer of owner must be something that is a daily occurrence within the IRD system and we should be able to have two administrators or a process where board members can access the system. The current owner should be able to transfer the email address and ownership and I believe that any individual regardless of nationality or residency can be the administrator. This appears to be a simple transaction.

If Eli is experiencing difficulties accessing this account, we should proceed with closing it.

@Ewen Hill unfortunately is not in my power to force Greg trying more than what he has done. I can do another request but at the end it’s all on him and I feel is not fair to push him too much. The new owner needs to have an Ird account, so atm only Raf and I could do it. I am happy to take this responsibility up to end of next year, but as said, doesn’t depend on me now.
