That all Internet Party Policy Incubator discussion threads and subgroups should be publicly visible - especially for transparency and displayable purposes of the value of participating in IP; except subgroups related to internal party affairs, e.g. minutes from meetings, disciplinary issues, etc. which in any case should be on the members only section of the organisation website, and not on the third party Loomio website.
