This community forum is a shared space and saying anything you wouldn’t say to someone’s face is not appropriate. However, disagreeing and having a difference of opinion is OK IF you are here to help us promote democratic workplaces. Ultimately, we want to promote workplace democracy and facilitate the cooperative movement while avoiding unnecessary conflict.

Note to D@W Action Group Leads: If you lead an official D@W Action Group and would like a dedicated sub-group created for your members, please introduce yourself, state which official action group you belong to and your desire to have a sub-group created.
