- Beta/mvp release connected via API by 16 June, will be couple of tweaks and then we'll be able to soft release, test & then start full promotion and onboards.

- Bit of a reshuffle as beta-release is being finished off.

MILESTONES:

• 🎉 💰 first contributor funding for dev has started, with @Matt Sirkis being able to dedicate full-time effort pushing webapp dev to release ASAP. 💬 explanation discussion around this ensued

• have second whitelabel partner 🎯 and other support gearing up, so hoping more funding to enable dedicated effort will be possible within weeks, not just the months ahead.

• blog toolkit updated for clubhouse -> Gitbook SOPs also need updating

• video script for welcome in-app intro being worked on by @Simon and @Malia Stauffer almost finished

• started looking at organisation for launch product promo stuff

Go To Market (GTM)

• pricing strategy and draft done, to be validated/tested with some industry "friendlies"

• Concepts around bundles for dif segments, features, quantities, etc drafted

• Rolling toward GTM, and prioritising requirements for which segments and efforts to focus on first

API Gateway

⚠️ Developers working on the API Gateway are at ALL times working across and between teams.
Those with AWS, Cloud, Server and API experience have PRIMARY focus on the API Gateway,
with ever increasing support from the Product Management team 💪

We currently only have one primary contributor here PLEASE a couple of extra people to work on this !!

Secondary initiatives:

a) upload standards/frameworks (may be part of a bigger supported project as well)

PLEASE BE AWARE .... we are getting close to no longer being a pre-launch startup .... and this means we are getting close for contributors to move from volunteer contributions, to ongoing employment and opportunity for membership of SFH and other benefits as early-stage startup and a #techforgood project enlabler.
The faster we get features shipped, the faster we get to post launch, post funding and post revenue.
... and that is good for all of us, as well as good for the world

This being the case, good performance on these features is likely to lead straight to employment.

• the inbound and cyclr experts, are PERMANENT positions needing to be filled

• the data-viz and dashboard experts, are PERMANENT positions needing to be filled

• the API Gateway experts is hugely important, and are PERMANENT positions needing to be filled

• the webapp experts will always be engaged, and are PERMANENT positions needing to be filled

• non-tech & support roles are going to only increase, and those positions need to be filled also.

• those not collaborating or contributing are only dragging the rest of us down - so don't be that person!
