Bylaws

As OpenFarm turns into a real legal entity with a sizable community, we're going to have to make it clear what our organization is, does, and how it acts within itself and to the rest of the world. So we need them!

If anyone knows where to get some, that would be great. I can do some scouting for suitable bylaws with other organizations, and I'll link to them from here.
