The Behaviour of Concern Risk Assessment (Simple and Complex) has been refreshed under the Echidna Goodness Jedlet. Ongoing feedback has been incorporated into the new template.

It's now time to review the refreshed document that will replace the previous Simple and Complex Behaviour of Concern Risk Assessment.

Please take some time to review the document. A separate Poll will be posted to seek agreement. Please add any feedback directly on the document ( Behaviour of Harm Risk Assessment (BIS).docx) or for more in-depth questions/discussion, please post on this thread.

We are hoping to have feedback completed by the 18th so we can incorporate any feedback (make any last minute changes) and take to the Docs Jedi on the 19th September.

Thanks to those that voted (28% of the team). 100% of those that voted agreed. We will now proceed back to the Echidna Goodness Jedlet and Docs Jedi to have the document registered.
