My friend Karl Steyaert is about to launch a new community of practice, drawing on microsolidarity, Internal Family Systems, Authentic Relating, Non Violent Communication, aikido, etc etc etc.

We had a call yesterday where I gave him feedback on his plan, and then we dropped into a personal exploration of what it is like to be in a community weaving role at this time.

I'm grateful he is open to sharing that conversation with y'all here. Available as audio or video.
