Good Praxis are a lovely digital co-op based in everyone's favourite co-operative co-working space: Space4.
They are worker owned and very nice people (we have met at least half of their co-op, plus their co-op dog, Laika, named after - you guessed it, the first dog in space). Anyway! I digress - they are great and it would be cool if they could join CoTech. Attached are their articles of association and this is their lovely website with photos of Laika: https://goodpraxis.coop/
This proposal is a members vote as per our constitution and will run for 7 days. It will pass if there are no disagreement or block votes. One vote per co-op please, and do take time to participate if you can, as well as strengthening our governance it's also an opportunity for Good Praxis to see some of the other CoTech co-ops who actively participate in the network.

Membership decisions come under what Harry has described as non-operational decisions so they wouldn't be decisions for the monthly general circle call.

I have noticed that Good Praxis are not listed on the CoTech site, https://www.coops.tech/ yet, do they need help to get on the site?

How does this proposal work with moving decision making to the general circle call? I don't have an issue with this decision in particular, happy to pass it, just under the impression that we're moving to the call for stuff like this.
My suggestion would be that we pass this via loomio, then discuss a proposal in the general circle that future applications to join are done there.
