Key Card Access for Team Members of PP Members
Hi Everyone - I've been speaking with Michelle and Roz about team members of Prime Produce Members (MindKind, Be More, be Social Change) having key card access to the space so the teams can work from the guild and be trusted to help steward the space.
The key card access would be restricted to team members having access during normal business hours (7am to 7pm M-F) and they'd all need to attend an orientation to ensure they understand the practices of the space.
Please comment, ask any questions, and vote below. We will keep this open until the end of the week.
Thanks so much!

I think it makes a lot of sense for team members of members to have access to the space during the week to support the member and the space. I think this something that is important for members (not residents) and that if/when we grow membership we can revisit this. So I say yes, for 2019 and we can vote on it again in 2020

Are there circumstances when these team members should not be the only non-guest in the building?

To me it's the same as James - no hosting privileges but able to be in the building alone (as long as it's all locked down.) In practice, this has happened with the BE MORE team over the holidays, especially. The BE MORE team even helped with receiving mail and stuff early in the morning when no one was here

Do these team members have hosting privileges?
