Notes for the two Hub funds I've had are posted below...

Regarding "the majority of [Hub funds being] held/managed by Kit," I really don't see how that can be the case. I doubt he has been offered any donations, but that would be for him to answer. It should be stressed that there is no legal mechanism or mandate for FiTs payment to be spent on the Hub, if it's the FiTs we're talking about. Perhaps we are all aware of that fact, and that goes without saying?

@Ayres Thanks for sharing these details. Could you please also share details from the bank account you set up solely for the hub? A screenshot of transactions?

In terms of these funds it shows the majority is from Roger, with a large proportion from the bar. I understand these were the funds used for the post repairs.

When we discussed the post repairs at a meeting prior to the repairs other items for funding were raised. You said that you wanted to spend the funds on post repairs. You stated in the meeting that it was your money you were spending on the hub posts.

I would not consider Roger’s contribution and money raised at the bar ‘your’ money. I would have said this was the hubs money and for the shareholders to agree together what to spend it on.

It was money from Roger and the bar and you unilaterally decided to spend it on the posts. Have I understood that correctly?

@Lambert Kleinjans My short answer to your question is: no. I'm done with this chapter of my life, Lambert. I just sent the last £70 of the money placed in my trust, as well as my own 30 quid, for an even £100 to Tir-y-Gafel Ltd's Monzo account for the "Hub Pot". Love... and do with it as you will.

@Ayres if you wish to be voted in as a director, I would like to see you being transparent and accountable financially. You said that the hub fund was in a separate bank account, and that you had all the receipts and invoices, perhaps you would share bank statement copies, or give us the receipts packet you have and we can scan them in to the accounts?

This is especially important for any structural work on the hub. I note that you say there were other funds held by the "happenings crew" ( 2021?) part of which paid for Chalie Hagues first sculpture? Who is the "happenings crew" does anyone know where those funds went, are there receipts/invoices we can put on record for these?

@Gen Zendahl Yeah... The AGM was thoroughly enlightening, proper illumination for me. I'll leave the directorship, thanks. In the south of Spain at the moment, and there is a beach bar calling my name. ✌️💕

If it is of use to you, here are the invoices from Richard for the actual construction work adding up to £988.44, as I did say I would make those available. I did previously send them to Katy when she requested them. As always, I accept full liability for works I’ve commissioned. Otherwise, the rest is ancient history for me, and all relevant details from which you may learn are in the reports I’ve submitted. I will say no more on the matter. I do hope you find the time to do the work which literally matters. Your three companies idea is a good one, imho. I first heard it from Nigel Lishman about a decade ago, and it was a good idea then. I’ll stay tuned. Best of wishes.

Thanks, sorry if I overlapped Katy’s request. We will put these on file.

I think those that invoice for the work bear the responsibility for the quality of their work, and not the commissioner, unless you specified something that was problematic.

Yes we all agreed that FITS can only be used in the management of Hydro system, that is why we keep TyG funds in separate pots.

Hydro, Tracks, Hub and Water are all distinct from each other. This ensures that monies given to the TyG for a specific purpose are used for that purpose and not siphoned off to something else. As far as I know Kit holds only FITS funds.

However the need for transparency exists in any area. If people have paid into a fund for the benefit of the tracks or hub, for example, they have a right to see it spent appropriately

@Gen Zendahl My apologies if I am misunderstood. I was simply referring to the statement:

"Of the course the majority of this is held/managed by Kit" in what I read was the context of "Hub funds". Perhaps I mis-read. Happy to have clarified. Many thanks!

@Ayres just referring to funds generally.
