Finalising Governance Model v1
There have been several sessions open to the community and versions of the document open to comment. The latest did not receive any comments so this is to formally accept version 1 so that we have a governance structure to start working from.

Version 1 of the Governance Model was accepted and is now used when a formalised decision making process is needed - especially when money is involved or for conflict resolution.
Members of the Governance Team are in place until the 1st January, so have set a review date of 1st December to remind us to prepare for this.

Now that the more established governing group is set up I will restrict my activity to comments on any proposals here.
eg: no voting for me, only comments as I am now part of the current governance group.
Thank you for letting me comment on governance things for now.
Feel free to remove me from Loomio if that is more appropriate at any point.

Softer on/off for people becoming inactive - delegating in absence
