Now that the issues of accountability, transparency and control of IO, the email lists and Loomio have been brought up, what is the process for dealing with them? I've been confused by what's been said about them because I don't know what people are actually doing that is considered controlling, sabotage or manipulating nation-wide technology. If I saw or heard someone doing these things, what would I see or hear them doing? If I did them myself, how would I know what would seem like controlling or manipulating behavior to someone else?

Before we can deal with these issues, we have to know
what we are talking about. Can the people who have seen people doing these things tell us what they saw or heard?
