This is VERY important. As of now only 6 of 30 organizers have listed their availability, and only 3/6 have listed if they need housing.
Kudos to 5/9 listed here for signing up on the sheet.
It is imperative to know what kind of ground crew we will have to set up and populate the many many tasks that need to be done daily.

Hey wait a minute, two of the choices are the same, yellow being abstain.
@Tricia, you might want to make light red I don't know.
Green = yes I will be there
Abstain = I will be there part of the time
Yellow = I don鈥檛 know, have to raise funds, etc.
Block = No I definitely am not going

I would hope people are planning to have a safe place to stay overnight. I am staying at the Sacramento Hostel for $20 a night. It's dormitory style so we can stay up all night and braid each other's hair. http://www.norcalhostels.org/sac

Folks, it's two weeks before the gathering - are we to take it that only 11 ppl in this organizing group of 34 or so will be on the ground in Sac? We need a base team to coordinate things on the ground.

logistics check
volunteer coordination to food, tables, activities, supplies, transportation (food, supplies, people)
set up of tables, canopies, other
break down same
and probably a lot more I am forgetting
also let's not forget the scrounge list - are folks trying to scrounge up items? add to this doc or let someone know who can put it on the doc

If you're media savvy, there'll be a media tent and a media rally on Saturday, (if you search this group, for "Media Rally", you'll see the discussion and who's working on that we need livetweeters and people willing to haul water, to coordinate the Livestreams so the people at home can follow along.

Last year we started a spreadsheet (well, Jackie did, actually), so that people could put in when they would be on site, etc. We can start that up again if/when it becomes valuable.
