Streamlining decision making
We have monthly committee meetings and an email group. We are also able to do skype calls or in person subgroups for adhoc actions that can move more quickly.
I would like there to be a clear route for members to come up with a proposal, and the committee just approve it where needed. I have some ideas for how to do that but what do you think?

An individual or group work out a proposal including how it could be achieved. If it needs discussion with other members first then either...

or
b) Create a proposal on our Loomio group : https://www.loomio.org/g/yNIutB9v/manchester-wheelersBring the proposal to the committee by emailing secretary@.
We will check it's viable and meets the club aims either...
a) At the monthly meetings (any member can attend).
or
b) Committee skype calls. The proposer and committee will work out next actions.
a) Record any decisions in the minutes, posted in the members section of the website.

We want the club to be as best as we can but all have limited time. It needs to be as quick and easy as possible for members to make something happen, with the committee just there to give the rubber stamp.
