I like Bill's statement above, but I think raising awareness is one statement, fighting discrimination might be another (and by raising awareness aren't you implicitly fighting discrimination?).

again, what I suggested earlier is also an alternative:
We aim to raise awareness of and fight discrimination in ELT on the basis of gender, race, disability, native language, sexual orientation, nationality, ethnicity, religion, age or political orientation.

How about:
"We aim to raise awareness of and fight discrimination in ELT" ... without having a long (and finite) list of different kinds of discrimination. It goes without saying that if discrimination is going to be fought, it will be all types of discrimination. There is no need to name them all.
In the long term policies could be written for specific types of discrimination, obviating the need to list them all here.
