First two videos get my vote

I like the videos...I wonder if we can get a higher resolution version for the first one?

I like the idea of scrolling 3 at beginning, with no sound!

I think the keynote speaker should be a staff member. He/she could speak to the real applications related to professional collaboration and their classroom use for 21st century learning.

I agree with Rich G. The second video was shorter and bit more succinct, which may be easier for people to digest. The first video goes into a deeper look and gives more information, which people may feel more apt to comprehend after more information.

I agree with others in the room that both videos really capture what we are trying to bring into the district: the importance of technology in the culture of our schools. I think it would be great if we could break up the first two videos with a small verbal statement in between. They are energizing, motivating, and show what world our students will be living in.

I liked the first two videos very much. They were motivating and informative.
Danielle Sutton Wed 29 Apr 2015 12:36PM
I liked both videos! The first one was definitely an attention grabber!
John Daneau Wed 29 Apr 2015 12:36PM
I like the first 2 as well. Maybe one at the beginning of the day one at the end.
Michael Waterman Wed 29 Apr 2015 12:36PM
I suggest we use the first two videos with a keynote presentation in between the videos.
Nikole Wed 29 Apr 2015 12:36PM
I think the first video was both engaging and informative. :)
Christina Nicoletti Wed 29 Apr 2015 12:37PM
I enjoyed the first and second videos very much. I also agree with what Richard said above.
Bob O'Neil Wed 29 Apr 2015 12:38PM
Great videos. Agree with Richard.
Eileen Murray Wed 29 Apr 2015 12:40PM
I like the first two videos to start the summit. It's an eye opener.

Rich, Do you have a visionary that you are thinking of to provide the excitement for the day and at the same time a push for those that have the trepidation Joy mentioned?
Jessica DuBois Wed 29 Apr 2015 12:51PM
I really like the first video.
Christine Malley Wed 29 Apr 2015 12:52PM
I liked the first two videos and the idea of having a staff member as the keynote speaker is a great idea.

Hi Denise - I'd suggest Nick Donofrio. He was the Senior VP of Innovation at IBM and now is consulting with the U.S Dept. of Ed on Innovation (he's retired and was my mentor). He headed up Watson Research, Legal Counsel, and Quality.
Here's sample of his talk on YouTube regarding CHANGE and the need to adopt it.
