My language needs Right-to-Left support !
We've started to build Right-to-Left support for Loomio.
We would love to hear from you if you'd like to help us make Right-to-Left languages a really awesome experience.
Also, if you'd just like to let us know whether your language is typically Right-to-Left and we should add support for it, please post a message here.
Current languages Loomio has on it's RTL list :
- Arabic
- Hebrew
- Farsi/ Persian

Hi @odedsharon , it would be great to have your help! Start by checking out this guide: https://github.com/loomio/loomio/wiki/Translation
If you send me your email, I'll add you to the Hebrew translation group on Transifex. My email is [email protected]
If you already have Transifex you may be able to join the group yourself : https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/loomio-1/language/he/

Thanks @mixirving , I managed to login to transifex and start translating. However, I had two questions I couldn't find answers for in the guide:
1. Should I keep the word "Loomio" or write it in Hebrew (לומיו)?
2. Hebrew verbs have gender. e.g. Donate for a boy would be "תרום" while for a girl it would be "תרמי". Is there a policy here?
- use only male-verbs
- use plural male, which is mostly unisex
- use verb-names, instead (i.e. "Donation" instead of "Donate")
I currently chose to write "Loomio" in Hebrew and to use plural.
