I would prefer the take home essay but i would be fine with a multiple choice test in class.

I feel multiple choice assessments help to reinforce ideas. I also think having an in-class exam would validate attending class.

Not all student come to class on time, due to various reason - such as work or family issues. It would be unfair to those who are juggling two things at once. Maybe you can put multiple choice in the take home.

I would prefer to take an in class multiple choice exam, I feel it would give us a good means to show knowledge we have gained from the information taught to us over the course of the last six weeks.

since we are a bit behind, having a take home instead of an in class multiple choice is a good idea. This will allow us to catch back up.
