Microsolidarity Experiments with Michal and Silvia

@Michal Korzonek and I started experimenting with forming a few crews recently, both for our personal community needs and for our business (journalsmarter.com). We had a talk with Nati and Rich where we discussed topics such as financial sustainability of facilitating peer-support groups as a business, setting boundaries, and the ethics of getting paid for this kind of work.
