Updates to the statutes for trade registry

Dear QGIS Voting Members.
Firstly my apologies, this is going to be a very short timeframe for this vote. During the finalization process for the registration of QGIS.ORG in the Swiss Trade Registry we needed to translate the statutes (which you approved last year) to German. During the hackfest this past weekend, Andreas Neumann and Anita Graser (with the help of others) finalized the translation to German. During this process they found various minor inconsistencies and sequencing issues in the statutes and so during the hackfest we also created a revised version of the statutes in English which seek to resolve the various issues encountered.
On Monday 8, May 2017 our submission will be lodged with the Swiss Trade Registry and we would very much like the statutes to be consistent between the English and German versions at that point.
To that end I would like to ask you, the QGIS Voting Membership, to review and approve the updated statutes by midday, Monday the 8th of May 2017. The statutes as as approved in November 2016 are available here:

Our proposed revision of the statutes is available here:

If you would like to do a side-by-side comparison of the two documents, please use your favorite diff tool - or paste the two texts into http://www.mergely.com/editor for an online diff tool.
Thank you for your understanding with the short deadlines on the various decisions we are asking from you - we will try our best to give you more lead time for these things in the future.
Best regards
Tim Sutton
(QGIS.ORG Chair)
