QUESTIONS for the site (not an AP)

What is the absolute maximum number of van spaces? Could we convert some car parking space to van space? Are there any dead end roads we could park vans?

Does the local forestry commission car park have a time limit/overnight bans on parking? How far is this car park? What is the cost of parking there?

Can we come for a site visit between Feb and mid-March?

Do we have access to the sauna & hot tub? If so do we need to provide firewood for them?

What's the size of the firepit, would it be suitable for an effigy? If not any restrictions on where effigy can go & do they mind a burn scar, or us cutting & re-laying turf?

Any restrictions on fires / camping stoves in camping area?

When's the earliest we can get on site for build?

If needed can we get stuff delivered to site pre-event (eg wood for effigy, etc)?

Just a note - we have booked for a small number of people to arrive a day early (Wednesday). We need to clarify with the site what time we can arrive & how many people

are there fire extinguishers on-site?

Can we move the beds out of the roundhouse so we can maximise dancefloor space? Where could we move the beds to, so that they are still useable?

Is camping solely restricted to 'camping area'? looking at the map & pics there seems to be a fair bit of usable space not in camping area (and camping area doesn't look too large) - maybe that's for vehicles but if need be are they fussed about folk camping outside 'camping area'?

Is there a fridge in the main communal kitchen & what size is it? (I'm sure there is, just can't see from photos)

Is it a gas kitchen? Just for risk assessment stuff?
