Deferring of governance team review
The Governance Model (v1) states that:
The composition of the governance team will be reviewed on an annual basis, with governance team members instated on January 1 of each calendar year.
As it's a busy end to the year with the building footprint project underway, this is a proposal to defer the governance team review until the end of 2022 Q1 - so for new members to be instated on March 1 2022.
It may also be worth permanently changing the date from 1 Jan, as it will always clash with holidays but that will be an update to the Governance Model and needs to be discussed further.

Agreement that we should delay the governance team review to the end of March. I have set a review date of the beginning of March so that we have the month to prepare.

We don't have the time to complete this year but need to prioritise for early next year.
