Statement demanding rollback of mandatory aadhaar linkage in Kerala govt initiated schemes

See this news item[1] and attached order (in Malayalam). I think we should publish a statement because the CPI(M) has a public position against aadhaar so we could ask them to fulfill their own promise.

CPI(M) mention 3 action items for aadhaar in their manifesto[2]

1. Scrapping of the use of Aadhaar and biometrics for all social welfare measures.
2. Seek elimination of the present targeted system and establishment of a reformed and strengthened universal public distribution excluding income-tax payees. No linkage with Aadhaar.
3. Twelve LPG cylinders per year to be provided at subsidized rate with no Aadhaar linkage.
