The EAC comes from a first group with people who met each other in real life. But new commoners will surely and regularly join the "virtual" group. World Social Forum uses a system for political parties; Political parties can "support" WSF but cannot be members...
We could use a similar rule : Political parties cannot sign the call but can support it
