Hey there! Early next year, we are organizing a Ouishare Summit in Lisbon. We want now to set the date and we need your help. My suggestion is the 20th to the 22th of January 2017. What do you think? Any objections?

Great news. Not so fond of having all the good work/talks during the weekend which makes it rather unpractical for me to join. I would be more comfortable with Thursday to Saturday.
But good to see next Summit in preparation!

I think we should assess a second date option before voting on this one, which is mid March.

The dates proposed might not be so easy for me to join because are really near to a 5 days long assignment abroad - in Paris :)
plus:
I double Ghislain comment on having the summit on the weekend (not so easy for me to join).

As January is tomorrow, could you suggest dates in February or March?
