Running the Loomio group

We want this group to be easily accessible to new people joining the project, and we want to facilitate friendly, interesting and positive discussion and decision-making.

Any thoughts on how to improve any of these things are welcome here.

I added a group image of 2 giraffes which I found on Flicker from Sadie Hart. It's also possible to update the big banner image at the top. If anyone fancies making the Loomio group look nicer with images, please go ahead!
