Thanks Sue. Yes, we're excited about the possibilities, and can't wait to engage more as the process continues.

I think the WCC's agreement with the BCA has been extended, though I'm unsure of the exact details. Our focus is on the concept design for the precinct, rather than the administrative arrangements, which are up to WCC.

Yep hear that just thought someone might have heard
'cause Scouts still apear to think that the arrangement of using the garage
is technically due to expire in Nov.

If I'm allowed to put a tupenceworth in regarding
the green.... One of the things I love about that space is that it's a
'protected' space because of the walls. The thing I hate about it is that it's
not pubilically accessable. I'm sure balancing those two issues is one of
the considerations that you guys will be looking at.

Thanks Sue. We are pretty keen to have a semi open access policy and once the VCG have a clearer responsibiliy for the club room building we will be looking at tearing the fence down.
We hear what you are saying regarding the balance between access and security.
