Change the 'features our community loves'

The four features - reshare, tags, mentions and love - are taken straight from the two-year-old project site. The network was a lot more feature-light then, and frankly they're all nicked from other networks anyway: likes from Facebook and tags, mentions and reshares from Twitter.

Let's see if we can come up with three or four other features our community does love, especially ones which are specific to diaspora*, or are used in novel ways here.
