Why Loomio?
It is the main governance tool used by Social.Coop so it provides members a common space. It also have many useful tools for online orgs. We may want to add other tools to our toolstack.

Just as Kathe, I don't have a strong feeling for one option. And I like the idea of having both, a quiet space for crazy things and a public one (that we must have to be transparent) to share when things start to take some shape. :)
