Ban Judges from wearing Black Robes- bright or neutral colours only

DU Cohen Glass Public Seen by 130

Black has always been associated with death- people wear black to funerals (and office jobs). Black has also historically been the colour associated with the Planet Saturn and Saturnian worship. The ancient Greeks used a Black Cube to symbolise the planet Saturn, which they referred to as "Khronos", or the "Time Keeper". This is where the word "Crown" came from- a reference to the "dark satellite", or "the Dark Lord", Saturn. I believe it would be more conducive to 'fair hearings' and 'justice' if we remove all references, whether intended or not, to Saturnian worship in our Courts and Justice system. This should include no more references to "the Crown" (from the Greek 'Khronos'), no more Black Robes (bright, friendly or at least neutral colours only), and no more Court buildings built in the shape of Cubes (from the Greek Black Cube of Saturn). Anyone unsure about these facts, please feel free to research them for yourselves. The Sensible Sentencing Trust has raised very serious questions in recent years about Judicial decisions that seem to almost encourage and promote death and violence in our communities (such as the Christie Marceau bail decision RIP) - having a Juwdiciary that dresses in black and uses symbols and references that could be seen to be Saturnian in nature does not encourage any faith in these civil servants, and thus should be removed. Please vote 'Agree' to make Judges wear bright, friendly, or neutral colours in OUR tax payer funded Courts. Thank you.

Please! This is an incubator for the policy of a political party. It is not a place for pushing silly nonsense.

This is not even close to a priority.

@hugheldredgrigg And it's not even something that is simply trumped by other, more important, things. It's just not even an issue.

It is one of the formal things that needs to be changed in judiciary. Currently courts are putting judges above others and everything in court systems design to scare public. But courts should be a PUBLIC service with judges keeping this in mind all the time.

Not really a political matter.

I always associated Khronos with time not death.
