Funnel for engaging projects interested in working with us

Over the next few months, we'd like to build a protocol for engaging with external projects. In the long-term, this may take the shape of an 'engagement-spectrum'. The spectrum helps entrepreneurs figure out which of our tools they want to work with, while providing us a map with the status of each project.

For now, we all seem to agree it's best to keep things simple. So as proposed we can start with a simple spreadsheet, with links to documents about the project, who's keen on participating, and a little status indicator.
