Loomio Translators' Chat Room (IRC)
It's only a trying to get Loomio's translation community more efficient :)
Even if we have only one thing in common (English as a second language) in this subgroup, we can help each other on translations, so most languages on Transifex (and Github if necessary, and for those who speak Git) can be 100% 'done' in our ongoing process.
If you love Loomio may be we can chat on our own IRC. In case a number of us be willing to keep a window/tab for enough time 'everyday', then we can have an active room where others translators can resort the team if in need. Perhaps three to five of us is enough to start... If this idea sounds good.
Note: if it isn't a bad idea then a IRC channel (freenode please) must be set by an 'official' Loomio team member. Hi New Zealand and the globe! Greetings from Rio!

It's only my suggestion. The translator's community and/or the Loomio team must decide which server is better.
Another tips are on the use IRC. People can get Xchat or mIRC, and even a ChatZilla or similar as a browser extension; and there is also the option to login direct in the server's website (no client/software/app needed).
Let's see if enough people want to get in. Any further questions, we can gladly help :)

Okay... we're already 2 and my 'tactic' kinda failed lol so, if you want you can set the channel and, please, type a new text for the context of this thread (w/ a IRC channel already available). We can stand there waiting for more translators (will come sooner or later). Many thanks!

Nice one @renato - I don't think you need to wait for an "official" decision to start the chat room :)

Sure! But it's a nice excuse to bring more peers in ( ;

So do we have this channel now? :D
A. Renato Sat 27 Feb 2016 12:50PM
Not yet : (
Now that you came aboard, maybe more people will be interested, and then @umut also come back so we'll reach a good number to start the channel : )

How about fb group? There we can hangout and having fun so our friends can be reminded about Loomio every time when we talk and having fun in group :D What do you say? In the case anyone like to talk there is a public fb group, let me know if i had to transfer admin privileges to someone from Loomio. https://www.facebook.com/groups/LoomioTranslationGroup/
