It takes the years of work that has been put into the organization and establishes a path forward to sustain and grow our mission.

Success cannot be determined without setting target results or metrics of pre and post-proposal work. This will make the interpretation of results unclear and the decision of continuing after the first 6 months very difficult. At least have a first phase to determine priorities and targets after the first 2 months of work.

Hi Jeremy,Thank you for the response to my comments. I was just providing input based on my past work and life experiences. I reviewed the recording you sent.
Seems like there is some good history with Wildemont and other proposal work. However, without setting up "check in" meetings to review progress or adjust the trajectory of work, I still feel that the proposal is too open. The work could be broken up into phases so that (1)priorities could be determined, then agreed upon, (2) metrics reviewed, then target goals set and (3) Final results of work compared to targets.
Is changing a vote possible after submitting? I would change my vote to abstain since I am not well embedded into e-NABLE work and history. I hope comments are helpful as intended.Â
By the way, I have printed over 40 large splints for Ukraine and now started some prints for IATD. The emails about these organizations were very helpful.Â
Regards,
Bob

After reading Adam's response and listening to some of the townhall, I would support this proposal. I think it has potential to reveal next steps and is pretty low-risk for the potential benefit in addition to giving some results within the first 6 months.

The services being offered are already ensconced in the way the eNable works.

I seem to be in the Loomio system twice. I voted "YES" using my new email and it was recorded, but I also could vote using my old email...which I did not do.

@Bob Rieger You're a gentleman and a scholar, Bob! (And that's a potentially important point for clarification in the voting "bylaws", Jeremy)

Adam is truly exceptional, and I wholeheartedly support the proposal that his involvement in any undertaking can have a profound impact. Undoubtedly, his presence not only enhances but also optimizes and streamlines various processes, leading to increased efficiency and success.

I meant to share this last week. Here's a recording of the portion of last week's Town Hall meeting in which we discussed some of the comments on this proposal, including how to handle success metrics: https://www.youtube.com/live/C0xWW2nXkzE?feature=share&t=745

@Bob Sommerich Thanks for your input, Bob. I don't know whether this will influence your vote, but we did discuss the topic of metrics and measuring success in last week's Town Hall. I was supposed to share the recording here in Loomio, but I got busy with work and failed to do so. You can find it here: https://www.youtube.com/live/C0xWW2nXkzE?feature=share&t=745
