Pivoting focus of this group to North District Community Dinner planning

After some time away, I recently had a chat with some folks who are working on getting a community dinner going here in the North District. So, I figured I'd revive this group with coordinating the dinner planning and logistics as the primary scope of activity. I'm wrapping up the last month on another board in May, so am hoping to have a bit more time for neighborhood stuff, and I'm excited to see there's energy for this!

In the short term, I've gave Ren and Kienan permissions to approve new members, and once we've got interested volunteers on-boarded, we can do an election for admin roles or delegate them to the group tasked with community dinner planning.
