Core timebank values

We need to reach 100% consensus across all timebanks in Aotearoa/NZ that we want to use the core values as they are set out by Edgar Cahn.
This discussion is around whether we agree with these core values at a national level:
- We are all assets
- Redefining work
- Reciprocity
- Social networks
- Respect
One hour = one hour

For clarity core values are, as above, those stated by Edgar Cahn in the book 'No More Throwaway People' plus the one rule - "that 'one hour equals one time credit".
