Most weeks, we have a presentation at Chi Hack Night. In 2016, we started recording them and posting on our YouTube Channel.

The HD videos are recorded and edited by Scrappers Film Group, based in Chicago, which Chi Hack Night pays for.

This thread is for discussing these videos and how we produce and promote them.

All requested changes made, with one caveat:

I tweaked the cancellation policy, but I kept the 80% stuff in there, as we need that to cover all possible scenarios in our contracts. But I included the idea that you would need to cancel in writing at least 7 days in advance.
