Commercial energy bill expertise

Hey I'm wondering if anyone has any knowledge about commercial energy contracts and the law surrounding it? I'm sure many of us are involved in the Don't Pay campaign locally - as am I but I have been thinking about how it could be developed to include small businesses and what the legality is around that. Unfortunately basically everyone I've spoken to has no idea in relation to this - including any lawyers I know! Anyone able to point me in the right direction / up for a chat? I expect it will have big reprecussions on a lot of co-ops too.
