Isn't it for 1 year?

june 2015 is fine with me. lets secure 6 months in the buffer zone and in case this has political issues that i do not believe it will happen then we pack and go somewhere else for the next 6 months. we should explain though that even the fact that we have a space for 6 months in the buffer zone is big deal already

The duration is entirely up to us! Nothing binding from BM there. It's up to us how we manage the costs & the available space.

Indeed it might be difficult to secure a space in the buffer zone for a long period, as @achilleaskentonis said. June-December is a feasible proposal and gives us enough time to plan things.

I'm thinking the first construction event needs to be during OK weather, so mid-June at the latest. Also thinking that the crowd-sourcing has already began, no?

So how about:
- March 5th (we hear from BM): Project dissemination & development on Loomio & Crowd-sourcing of "Transparent Structure" Design (this has already started, & will skyrocket if we get a positive response from BM)
- April: Tools & materials acquisition
- April: Launch: intimate Lambraja 2.0 somewhere NOT on BZ (we could perhaps unofficially "re-inforce" / hack the one at Ayious Omologites?)
- May: Tools & Materials acquisition continued (informed by Lambraja 2.0)
- Early June: "Transparent Structure" open 2-day construction-thon & followed by PARTY
- June: Platform open to makers (working hours)
- August: nothing (unless.. anyone up for hacking the Cyprus sun?)
- early September: Release of construction-thon documentation & crowd-sourcing the Second Stage (no idea what that might be, totally open)
- late September / November: Second Stage-thon & PARTY

is it too much?

Feasible and good to start with. Like a lot the kickstarting constructionthon!
