Choose the logo for the OER Sprints

I started working on an alternative site for oersprints that is static and has a svg logo instead of png. I used the trace bitmap tool in Inkscape for this. This is the result: http://wcmckee.com/oersprints/

I also have been working on a script that gets images of hosting cities from digitalnz. https://github.com/wcmckee/ece-display/blob/master/diginz.ipynb. Currently it's part of my ministry of education scripts but easy to modify to focus on just the oersprints cities.
