Toni,
Definitely so about self-organized SMEs who control their own knowledge and how its shared, Toni. I agree about that any AI/IA involved needs to be both transparent and self-explaining. One key condition I believe is a firm foundation the platform radiates that all involved care that those who engage in our services feel we care about them, and meeting their real needs, first and foremost, and that’s proven out in use, fostering real solidarity with all we touch. That’s what so drew me to the generative process the crew has envisioned and created.
The more we can build that into the very fabric of our service, the more successful and valuable that service will be.
Thanks,
Robert

The most thrilling opportunity I envision with this kind of technology, to be liberatory, is the coordination of self-owned and self-organized SMEs seamlessly coordinated to deliver service at a big scale. Is that what you are thinking about?
As I wanted to reflect in my text, the promises of boundaryless organizations have been around for a while and are marketed as bureaucrat-free and other dazzling words that do not reflect reality. For the benefic effects of IA ruling that coordination, we need to be sure that the new oppressive middleman is not the algorithm... That concerns me a lot. I guess IA can foster solidarity and autonomy. Do not we need to elucidate very well under which conditions?
