Code-Operative (http://code-operative.co.uk/) have applied to join CoTech in this thread on the community forum.

From their website:

> We are a non-profit service co-operative, meaning that our members own equal shares in the venture and Code-Operative's commission is only ever enough to cover operational costs. This means our members can enjoy the benefits of collaboration whilst retaining the benefits of being self employed.

This proposal is a members vote as per our constitution and will run for 7 days. It will pass if there are no disagreement or block votes. One vote per co-op please, and do take time to participate if you can, as well as strengthening our governance it's also an opportunity for Common Knowledge to see some of the other CoTech co-ops who actively participate in the network.
