Let's revive the ICBEC Loomio community to share news and resources

This Loomio group can provide a place where we can post news, events, proposals, questions, etc. It was used back in 2015, and I've left some example threads for now so you can see how it works. We'll discuss this at the April 18th plenary meeting.
