Proposal
Let's make a deal with Arnau (Backend dev for iden3) who will manage the house and will sign a new lease for this bad ass spot in Sants! We offered €1400 a month, after taxes and all that we expect the cost to be about €2100 per month.

Background
Lorelei, Sonia, Arnau and myself (Griff) Spent many hours combing thru the listings in Barcelona and we found a GEM! We honestly thought the place was going to be scam because it was so cheap, so nice and had so much space. It will be €200 cheaper than the old place, and much much larger. With our own entrance.

This is an 8 minute walk from to iden3's office and one of the most magical pieces is that you can take a normal cheap bus to the airport without transfer: https://goo.gl/maps/cizV3Dxjkgy

It will need some capital cost up front for more beds, a stove and oven, and other things of that sort. I (Griff) will make sure the bills get paid, but of course would love some occasional financial support from the Unicorn DAC for on going rent and in general some support from the unicorns that come to stay here this spring to help source the furniture and other accoutrements the office will need (looking for a good value!).
