Redirecting Loomio SMTP Notifications to Telegram

I'm looking to redirect all SMTP notifications from Loomio to Telegram. My primary goals are to avoid the costs associated with running an SMTP server and to provide a more practical solution by delivering notifications directly to users' phones via a Telegram bot.

Specifically, I want to map each user's email address (or another unique identifier) in Loomio to their corresponding Telegram username or chat ID and send notifications directly through the Telegram bot.

Has anyone implemented such a system using a Telegram bot?

How would you approach setting up this integration for all SMTP notifications?
