Sandbox Time
Thread for adjusting and agreeing upon ongoing weekly "Sandbox Time" (a time that we hold for meetings or checking in as needed). Currently, Sandbox Time is from 14:00-16:00 UTC on Thursdays.

I didn't get any feedback on this poll, but would love it if we could spend a few minutes on Thursday to see if we can accommodate Josh's request for a later meeting time on another day for sandbox time.
@Josh Fairhead requested holding our sandbox time later in the day CET so that it didn't fall in the middle of his daytime activities. Since I couldn't accommodate the shift that @Ronen Hirsch proposed, I'm following up with some other times that would work for me. Please fill it out and if there's a time here that works for all of us then we can make the shift.

Sorry that wasn't clear!! I thought that the upcoming gathering was still good for 14:00 UTC and was setting this up for changing future sandbox times. It was a response to your time-related proposal because I have a standing commitment from 17:00-18:00 UTC on Thursdays.
I'm good for meeting this Thursday at 14:00 UTC. I'll follow up now with a proposal for the upcoming gathering just to be super clear. Again, apologies that this wasn't clear in my initial time poll.

To add clarity, I'm still good with Thursday 25th at 14:00 UTC and have marked it into my calendar. In general evening time is better for me (except next week). Thursdays are generally the best day. For reference my public calendar is available here.

It's a date! See you all on Thursday. I did just learn that I'll need to be covering childcare at that time, so my attention may be a little divided. But I'm looking forward to seeing you all!

We can use also a Big Blue Button server Pantheon is sharing with other orgs if needed.

@Alex Rodriguez thank you for presenting these alternatives ... but I feel a need to clarify and ask for clarification.
My proposal was as a general change NOT necessarily for the upcoming gathering, This is why I made a specific time-related proposal and not a specific date instance.
There are two separate questions to address:
The sandbox time.
The date & time for the upcoming gathering.
Which of the two (or are both?) conflicting with your schedule?
